Cyber wars with China?!!

I heard this story on the news the other night and upon further research decided to comment on it. For years, I have had the feeling that terrorists with more likely strike our power plants than anywhere else. With no electricity, the US would be cripled. I hope it doesn't come down to this. I know they don't mention anything about how with all the computers shut down, we couldn't function, but with our military not knowing what the other hand is doing, we would be worse off yet.

Now, understand I'm not a pessimist--mostly the opposite---but this whole mess of computer wars and satellite sabatoge goes too far. Virises we understand, but do we really think about how hard it would be in this day and age without computers?

We used to survive just fine back in the 70's an 80's before the internet, but even then, we didn't think about how much computer technology has changed our society---airplanes use it; medical facilities rely on it; banking demands it, etc.

So what can we do? Good question...Anyone have any suggestions????
